Fishing With Grumpa Doug

Last night the boys got to go fishing for the first time ever. :) (Daddy also hadn't been fishing in his entire adult life.) "Grumpa" Doug was visiting us for one night from Oregon and made it a point to get them all out fishing. We went to a little pond across from our old house in Highland.
Joshua, being the oldest, was the most into the fishing part of it all.
Justin took this pic of the dragon fly hanging out on the end of the pole. It was there quite a while.
Avin was a happy camper throwing rocks the entire time.

All of the boys trying to make the ducks think the rocks were bread. There were a million ducks but I didn't think they were picture worthy.
Joshua requested another shot of himself. :)
Daddy's catch! A catfish! Lucky the kids got to see a fish!
Joshua getting a lesson from Grumpa on reeling it in.
Sleepy Avin figured a way to cuddle with his fishing Daddy.

Awww, how fun! That is ironic because Braden has recently been fishing more...he is learning how to fly fish and is loving it. What a fun boy outing! Cute pics and post!! Excited to see y'all on Sunday.
